Eligible Returns
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Accessories, mystery boxes, surprise sets, blind boxes, live-show purchases, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Streetwear items must have all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
• Mystery boxes, blind boxes, and any randomized or giveaway items
• Earrings and jewelry
• Underwear, socks, and intimate garments
• Sale items
• Digital or custom items
• Any product marked final sale
Refunds
• Once returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for clothing sizing if inventory is available.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
